Coaching for the human experience

Real conversations. Sharper tools. Tangible growth.

Human behavior has always been my jam, but I didn’t set out to become a coach. I just wanted to help other humans get out of their own way as efficiently as possible.

My years as a therapist taught me that insight alone doesn’t create change. Real transformation happens when we stop circling our patterns and start relating to them differently.

That’s the work I do now.

We’re not “fixing” anything — we’re reorienting.

We’re returning to clarity. To agency.

To who you are when you’re free.

REAL TALK, REAL GROWTH, REAL RESULTS

WHY I DO THIS WORK

I love a raw, out-of-the-box mental health conversation because it exposes the outdated patterns in our operating system. This style of work naturally reveals the coping strategies we’ve outgrown, the identities that no longer fit, and the noise we’ve mistaken for truth.

I won’t hand you those answers — that would be presumptuous — but I’ll certainly call out what I see.

Whether you’re facing burnout, relationship anxiety, career pivots, or that gnawing sense that there’s more, my work is to help you recognize the patterns that're bankrupt, unhook from the noise, reconnect with the authentic self underneath, and move forward one grounded, honest step at a time.

Because once you can see the system, you can start to change it.

Before I became a coach, I was a licensed therapist who was constantly biting her tongue.

There were things I wanted to say, insights I wanted to share, truths I could feel in my bones — but couldn’t. Not because they weren’t helpful, but because they weren’t “clinically appropriate.”

I couldn’t challenge the story in the room, bring in my own lived insight, or throw down the gauntlet, even when it would’ve cracked the conversation wide open.

I slowly started to realize I was editing out some of my most valuable assets:

My doggedness, my intuition, my fire, and my vulnerability. And my voice. It wasn’t until my own coach said casually, “Mollie, are you done pretending to be a therapist?” …that things snapped into focus:

My gift isn’t compliance. It’s clarity.

And I’m here to use it, unrestrained.

Coaching allows me to bring all of myself to the work — to be clinical and intuitive, structured and irreverent, bold and deeply human. I pull from everything that’s shaped me — Eastern philosophy, Western psychology, Ram Dass and Krishnamurti, Bell Hooks and Mary Oliver, Shakespeare and Rumi. This work is alive for me, because I live it as a dedicated student. I take my own medicine, even when it’s bitter.

That’s how I know it works.

I work with high-functioning humans ready to turn self-awareness into action.

My coaching style is not for the faint of heart; it’s for curious individuals dedicated to their personal growth and ready for a profound transformation.

My clients include therapists, executives, creatives, entrepreneurs, and tend to be:

- Introspective, emotionally intelligent, and growth-oriented

- Analytical, often perfectionistic — chronic over-thinkers and high-achievers,

- Navigating a life transition or considering a pivot

- Hungry for deeper meaning and authentic self-expression

If you’re looking for a coach who sees you fully, challenges you gently, and believes in your capacity to evolve, you’re in the right place.

Nobody gets the same coaching. For one person, speaking up would be a heroic act, for someone else the heroic act is shutting up. One client needs to practice coloring outside the lines more, while another client needs to be reigned in.

Your coaching will be unique to you… your noise, your context, your personal curriculum.

At the core of my work is this: I help people change their relationship to the noise in their heads.

Together, we’ll challenge the belief systems that keep you stuck, bring oxygen to the parts of your life that have felt congested, and build the emotional agility to move through your internal landscape with more clarity, compassion, and choice.

This is transformational coaching rooted in clinical insight; not just mindset shifts, but real tools and practices.

You’ll leave with:

- Ways to quiet the mental noise and stop spiraling

- Practices for moving through transition with integrity

- And the self-trust to finally take the leap you’ve been circling for years

I may draw from consistent frameworks or curriculum, but every 50-minute session is tailored to you, and to the noise you’re bringing into the room. That noise isn’t just an obstacle. It’s the portal.

STEP OUT OF SURVIVAL. STEP INTO FREEDOM.

Clients often describe the outcome of our work as a kind of oxygen

A spaciousness where there was once congestion, a sense of movement where they once felt restriction.

One client described it as “free fall”— in the sense of finally letting go of her exhausting grip on control, and learning to trust herself on the way down.

What shifts as a result of this work? You stop living at the mercy of your mental noise. You learn to challenge the script of self-doubt, change your relationship to your patterns of thought, and locate the solid ground of your own authority. You become more available to your life, more communicative in your relationships, and more expressive of your authentic self. You gain mobility — psychological, emotional and spiritual.

Clients walk away from this work with the tools to navigate their lives and inner worlds with clarity, discernment, and integrity. They stop waiting for the cavalry because they discover they are the cavalry.

The result is freedom, not as a concept, but as a lived experience.
